2013 Grammys Red Carpet Fashion – Taylor Swift Is a Vision in Cream-Colored J. Mendel
Taylor Swift wore a cream-colored J. Mendel gown to the red carpet of the 2013 Grammys. The singer, serial dater and possible Carrie Underwood nemesis has worn white, cream and champagne-hued gowns lately, so no surprises there.
It was somewhat of a Grecian goddess look for her. The dress had a pleated long skirt and was what Ryan Seacrest described as being “a vanilla yogurt white.” We wouldn’t go as far as to call it “vanilla,” since that would indicate “boring” and the silvery accoutrements and hardware across the front gave it some bling. There was also a major front slit, which added sex appeal.
Swift wore her hair in a milkmaid-style braids around her head, which was a bit disparate from the styling of her dress. But she looked pretty anyway.
