2014 Hollywood Walk of Fame Nominees – Have We Run Out of Viable Stars?

The class of 2014 is out for stars to be placed on the ‘Hollywood Walk of Fame.’ I always thought the ‘Hollywood Walk of Fame’ was something of a shrine. Only stars were given to the most revered and talented. Sort of like a lifetime achievement award you can walk on.

I love Katy Perry but she isn’t in my opinion deserving yet, neither is the girl from Big Bang Theory. Jessica Lange, yes I agree there. She has decades behind her and a career full of work that is above and beyond the norm. Tupac Shakur, I’ll give him one because of how he lived on after death like Kurt Cobain. Cobain doesn’t have a star on the walk, just saying. Rick Springfield? Really, what has he been doing for the last 30 years?
