‘American Idol’ Alum Chris Daughtry Misstep on ‘Fox & Friends’ and his Apology

Woops. An appearance by “American Idol” alum Chris Daughtry on the morning show Fox & Friends has triggered backlash and a videotaped apology by the singer.  He was on the show last Friday, D-Day. So, as the show was closing, the hosts asked Daughtry to take part last moment request to sing a song in honor of the day. Daughtry was caught off guard and made some comments that did not go over well.  "I'm off the clock", "I'm going to watch 'y'all" and "This is where I'll bail". Here is Chris Daughtry's apology
