A group looking to help rescue dogs is looking for some help after their bus, which was carrying 22 dogs got stuck on a snowmobile trail near Waterville yesterday (Sept. 27).

According to a report from WMTW, the group, Paws Cruisaders, which works to take animals to shelters across the country was going to drop off 10 dogs in Newport when their GPS led their bus down a snowmobile trail and the bus got stuck.

The group got their bus out with a tow truck, but now they are concerned that their insurance won't cover the $7,000 towing bill. The dogs are currently being cared for at the Humane Society Waterville Area.

Anyone wishing to help the group can email them at pawscruisaders1@yahoo.com.
