Are You Ready for Some Winter? Ugggggggggh!

Believe me, I know Maine has winter weather enthusiasts who can't wait for the big snows to come. I use to be one! Still would be if winters weren't so unpredictable. I used to go snowmobiling every chance I got but then, with thousands of dollars wrapped up in snowmobiles and accessories, the snow just didn't come enough to justify the expense. So now, I'm just another Mainer who tolerates the weather, cheering for spring to come early...

That said I have another reason to dislike winter...and kids (perhaps even some teachers) will dislike this one: school cancelations! Fact is, we love to keep you informed about the cancelations and delays. It's why we're here. But after working long and hard to prepare a genuinely entertaining show the night before, it gets put aside if 92 Moose Storm Center kicks in.

Tomorrow, if needed, we'll be updating you on road conditions, speed limits, cancelations/delays and of course the latest '92 Moose Interactive Weather.'. Know that I'll be reeling off the list with a smile on my face knowing that, out there in the vast, snowy radio world, kids are cheering with every utterance of the words, "no school."
