On last night's (Nov. 15) episode of 'X Factor,' Taylor Swift performed 'State of Grace,' the song that kicks off her mega-seller, 'Red.' Wearing a black fedora, white button-down, black flood pants and glittery shoes, Swift made the menswear trend look good.

CASE CLOSED: This afternoon, Officer Dennis Picard charged Heather Folsom, 23 and Brandon Brasher, 24 of Pittsfield for one count (each) of Class C Felony Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer in the Walmart purse theft case featured on this page yesterday. Folsom and Brasher will appear in Kennebec County Superior Court on January 29, 2013 to answer this criminal charge. Augusta City Council Considering Bus-Stop Smoking Ban
The Augusta city council will consider a proposal to amend a 'no-smoking' ordinance enacted this past January to include bus stops. The ordinance already bans smoking and all other forms of tobacco use at city parks, playgrounds, athletic fields, schools and most other city and school properties.
