Today is ‘National Bubble Bath Day’
Today, January 8th, is 'National Bubble Bath Day'! Honestly I think the last time I took, or as the older folks say, "drew", a bath was when we were redoing our bathroom about two and a half years ago and before that? I have no idea, probably when I was sick with a flu or bad cold.
How Much Do You Depend on the US Postal Service?
On this date 10 years ago, January 8, 2005, the US Postal Service (USPS) brought the price of a letter stamp to 39 cents. Alright, the milestone I agree is insignificant, but it gives me a reason to leap into how we view the USPS.

Yesterday as well as being New Years day it was my wife's birthday. We had a party for here at local seafood joint in Lewiston-Auburn. It was a reservation for 17 people. We had a blast, the food was awesome, the service was just as good. The server basically forwent asking everyone for dessert as we brought a cake. It was an amazing job done by her and the rest of the staff.
January 2nd is ‘National Science Fiction Day’
Today, January 2nd with 'National Personal Trainer Day' is 'National Buffet Day' which is as ironic as it is hilarious to me, however, along those two it is also 'National Science Fiction (Sci-fi) Day' today.
