‘Blizzard of ’78′ Is My Best Blizzard Story…It Even Has a Helicopter!

Do you remember the Blizzard of ’78?  It hit in early February that year. I don’t really remember it. I kind of remember what happened to me at that time, but only little clips.  I was sick. A VERY,VERY SICK little girl. I had Reye’s Syndrome. It caused me to have a pressure build up on my brain and I remember very little. Because they did not feel they could treat it at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, it was off to Boston Children’s Hospital…in the middle of this a helicopter!

No More Topless ‘Page 3′ Girls in Britain’s ‘The Sun’ Tabloid?

For 45 years, the Rupert Murdoch-owned tabloid The Sun has featured topless models called Page 3 girls, photos that have long drawn protests from feminists. On Monday, it showed model Rosie Huntington-Whitely wearing a bra. The Guardian reported The Sun management had made a "landmark decision" to drop the bare breasts.
