Mac Dickson Back… ‘Pun Intended’ … at Work after Back Surgery

As you may know, I've been off-air for about a month or so. I've been recovering from back surgery, my second in the past year-and-a-half and third overall. Obviously, I don't want to go through it again, so this time, I really paid attention to my doctor. That meant staying away and taking care of myself.

Thanks to my family, I was able to relax and do what I was supposed to. Thanks to my work family, I was able to not think about all my responsibilities at the station. Thank you Renee, Jon, Greg and Matt (Who deep down really didn't want me to come back :) ) for all your hard work and dedication.

I don't know if it should make me feel proud or sad that they didn't miss a beat without me. Just awesome co-workers, not just here at the Moose but all of Townsquare Media, Augusta/Waterville.

Thank you Moose Nation for all for the kind well wishes while I was out. It was really appreciated.
