From her red latex bodysuit to the all-too-relevant Titanic reference, Britney Spears' "Oops! I Did It Again" music video was instantly iconic. Even with that status, we saw the video in an entirely new light after watching it without music.

YouTuber Mario Wienerroither uploaded the famous music video with one small change -- there's no instruments. Instead, the viewer is treated to Britney's latex squeaking, the sound of her pyrotechnic effects, her actual footsteps and her signature breathy vocals. The result is absolutely entrancing.

Part of the reason we're so fascinated is because Brit is singing to the camera, making us feel as if she's talking directly to us. Then there's the matter of her late '90s choreography, complete with snappy hand gestures. It's like the absence of music highlights the era in which the video was made. Pretty cool.

"Oops! I Did It Again" is the lead single off of Britney's sophomore album of the same name. Dropping in April 2000, the video portrayed the singer as a vixen-like space creature who captures the heart of an astronaut. Perhaps the biggest moment of the video was when he confessed to fetching the Heart of the Ocean necklace for her -- a direct reference to 1997's Titanic.
