Tanya Donnelly, 38, from Brownville, ME probably won't be getting a 'Mom of the Year' award. She's heading back to jail.

She was convicted for giving alcohol and drugs to her daughter's pre-teen friends and now the Maine Supreme Judicial Court has upheld the conviction.

Donnelly was first sentenced last June to a year in jail, but was released while her case was being appealed.

Back in March, 2011 six girls between the ages of 11 and 12 attended a birthday party at Donnelly's home. She is accused of smoking marijuana with 3 of those girls. One was given a prescription pill while others drank alcohol.
