'2nd Annual Capital Y Triathlon' with the Kennebec Valley YMCA [VIDEO]

What a wonderful turnout for the 2nd Annual Capital Y Triathlon at the Kennebec Valley YMCA. The morning (May 24) began with the first leg of the triathlon, swimming 425 yards. Next was a 10 mile bike ride and it wrapped up with the 3.1 mile (5k) run. There were individual participants and and relay teams. Heck, I'm tired just thinking about it!

Even better, the rain held off and it turned out to be a great morning for the race.

Congratulations to the Y staff and all the volunteers for a fantastic event!
