A five year little girl with a lemonade stand raises money for peace, awwww, I think I love this kid. To make it better, she set up shop at Equality House right across the street from Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kansas.

It's that time of year again...Father's Day Weekend AND the Trek Across Maine for the American Lung Association! This year, Marie-Anne celebrates her 8th year biking the 180, plus or minus, miles from Sunday River to the coast. It use to end at the Owl's Head Transportation Museum but now winds up in Belfast. A much nicer choice for a Father's Day ending because I get my gift...lunch at Rollie's Bar and Grill!

Thank you for another successful 92 Moose ‘Request-a-thon’ for Special Olympics Maine. With your help we raised $5330!

All the donations, no matter the size added up through the day on June 6! We loved playing requests for the individual donations from $20 and up and we loved the HUGE donations, as well. We had very generous donations from Nate Greenleaf, Maine State Troopers Foundation, ESM- Employ

Tomorrow is "Camp Day" at Tim Horton's. Last year, Tim Horton's raised 11 million dollars to help send kids to camp who otherwise couldn't afford to go. Every time you buy a Tim Horton's coffee on June 5th, you're helping kids ages 9 through 12 go to a 10-day summer camp or week-long winter camp.
