Please help them quickly raise the money needed to travel to nationals in Dayton, Ohio at Wright State University on May 17 and 18!
At my son's school, Park Avenue Elementary in Auburn over the past month or so the school along with the Ancient Brothers of Lodge #178 and Rainbow Bicycles put on a reading incentive entitled, "Bikes for Books."

Funds raised from this event will go towards the 'Southern Maine Autism Conference.'

Congratulations to Jamee Luce and Robotics Team #2648 Infinite Loop from Messalonskee High School for winning the FRC Pine Tree Regional Robotics Competition in Lewiston this weekend. Now they are headed to St. Louis, Missouri in 2 weeks for World Championships.

I was very excited to get the chance to talk with someone firsthand about one of these natural gas projects in central Maine. There are a couple of projects underway, I know nothing about any of it and it sounds interesting. So, I was very lucky to have Mike Duguay from Summit Natural Gas of Maine come and talk with me on our community issues show. WHAT a project!

Great poster! And it’s a winner. Each year Maine kids take part in the Maine Association For Public Transportation & Maine Department of Education School Bus Safety Poster contest. Last year’s winners were honored at the Blaine House this week with Maine’s First Lady Ann LePage.
Today is Ayla Reynolds' third birthday and still no answers about what has happened to the little girl. According to the state police the case is to be open and active, but there are no new developments. Ayla was reported missing from her home in Waterville December 17 of 2011.
