Nora Birch Remembrance Location Moved to Waterville Church

The Nora Birch remembrance scheduled for Wednesday (Oct. 8) has been moved from the Performing Arts Center at Messalonskee High School in Oakland to the Faith Evangelical Free Church in Waterville. Nora, 17, of Belgrade, a Messalonskee High School student, took her life last week.
