It was 30 years ago today that ‘Born in the USA’ by Bruce Springsteen was released. I had at least two copies of it in my lifetime, cassette and CD for sure, trying to think back if I had it on LP or not, either way it was a staple from the 80s music catalog.
I had a question from a Moose listener the other day when I played, John Legend's 'All of Me.' They were looking for the artist and name of the song because they wanted to maybe use it as the first dance at their wedding this summer.
With our first real nice day that looks and feels like summer (after all it is coming) and with the passing of Ann B. Davis, this song is stuck in my head. Davis near and dear to my heart as Alice on the Brady Bunch. It's the Brady kids sing 'Sunshine Day'. We even catch Alice doing a little house work.
