Milk chocolate is a mix of cocoa solid and either dry or condensed milk. My favorite though is dark chocolate, which is produced by adding fat and sugar to cocoa. It is chocolate with no milk or much less than milk chocolate.

Growing up, all we ever had was milk chocolate. I remember the first time I had dark chocolate and remember thinking...how could I have ever enjoyed milk chocolate. If I have a choice, it's always dark chocolate. Of course, the fact that it has health benefits is a bonus.

Dark chocolate is a powerful source of antioxidants, may improve blood flow and lower blood pressure and may lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. Plus, it just tastes better.
