With the release of new song 'Atlas,' we finally get our first taste of the 'Hunger Games: Catching Fire' soundtrack -- and get to hear new Coldplay music for the first time in two years!

Both Coldplay and Katniss fans have been frothing at the mouth to hear 'Atlas' since news of its existence broke last month. The band released the song on iTunes yesterday (Sept. 7).

The dreamy, piano-driven track was clearly written specifically for 'Catching Fire,' with lyrics like "some bend the bow" -- about bow-and-arrow-wielding heroine Katniss, presumably -- and "caught in the fire" (pretty self-explanatory). Chris Martin's voice soars over the music, often repeating the refrain, "Carry your world." It is the first song the band has ever written for a soundtrack.

No word yet on when we might hear yet more from the British band, whose last new music was 2011's 'Mylo Xyloto.' They are currently almost a year into their announced three-year break from touring.

'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' movie, the much-anticipated sequel to the 2012 blockbuster starring Jennifer Lawrence, is in theaters Nov. 22. The soundtrack is expected to drop shortly before.
