Conquer Chiari Walk Across America – Central Maine Event Coming Up!

The 3rd Annual Conquer Chiari Walk Across America is just a couple weekends away.  Help those in your community, who struggle with chiari malformation, raise awareness and fight to find a cure for this debilitating disease.

Chiari (pronounced Key R ee) is a condition where you brain falls below the base of the skull, compressing the spine and brain stem.  There is no known cure for chiari and patients have to travel long distances for treatments.  For many, it takes years to even get a proper diagnosis.  So, raising awareness is so crucial.
