Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department Arrests Man for Invading Another Man’s Space…and Biting His Nose Off

So, two drinking buddies get together to do what drinking buddies do best and that is, drink. They were imbibing at a hotel on Brighton Avenue in Portland when all hell broke loose!

According to a report, Michael Nickles (35) and Brian Oliver (36) started fighting and, sometime after one o'clock Saturday morning, Nickles jumped on top of Oliver and started biting....chewing like a beaver on a tree...and, eventually, bit off the end of Oliver's nose. Can I get a collective, "ouch?"

Both men are transients and were acquaintances. Nickles is in the clink charged with felony assault. Oliver is, presumably, trying to find the rest of his schnoz.
