Contestant on ‘Dating Naked’ Suing Because She Was Shown…Wait For It…Naked!

VH1 Video

A contestant on the new reality TV show ‘Dating Naked’ is suing Viacom for airing an uncensored photo of her crotch. Jessie Nizewitz is claiming breach of contract arguing that the VH1 parent company aired an uncensored video of her that was not blurred out.

People Magazine
says the producers “promised non-G-rated glimpses of her body would be appropriately concealed.” According to the lawsuit, Nizewitz suffered “severe emotional distress, mental anguish, humiliation, and embarrassment” after the slip-up” and is seeking $10 million in damages.
