Devo’s Bob Casale Dead of Heart Failure

An original member of the 70's-80's punk band Devo, guitarist Bob Casale, died suddenly on Monday (Feb. 17 of heart failure.

Casale's brother and band-mate, Gerald, said in 'Rolling Stone:'

He was my level-headed brother, a solid performer and talented audio engineer, always giving more than he got. His sudden death from conditions that lead to heart failure came as a total shock to us all.

Bob Casale was 61.
