DEW Haven is a Unique Treasure in Mt. Vernon

I recently had a chance to visit DEW Haven in Mt. Vernon.   DEW Haven (DEW stands for domestic, exotic and wild) is a...haven for animals who, for whatever the reason, need a place to call home.
There is an amazing collection of animals at DEW Haven which is a farm, a rehab facility, a sanctuary that all creates a sort of zoo.  It is worth checking out for yourself!

I did.  I even made a few new friends while I was there!
