Did Maine Trooper Go Too Far During Arrest? [NSFW VIDEO]

We talked about this video on the Moose Morning Show again this morning. Retired Trooper Mark Nickerson and John Ford, a retired warden, gave props to this trooper for his work.

The video shows a Maine State Trooper trying to place a suspect under arrest after responding to a domestic violence call . In the video, the suspect resists arrest, causing  the trooper to knee him several times and slap him.

There are people saying the trooper didn't use enough force towards a belligerent man who clearly was resisting arrest, but there are others are saying it is police brutality. See for yourself and make your own conclusion:
