A jury in Sagadahoc County Superior Court has found the man who was driving the jeep involved in a fatal hayride crash not guilty.

According to a story from WMTW, the jury deliberated for just over two hours before finding David Brown, 56, not guilty of reckless conduct.

The charges stem from an incident in October 2014 at Harvest Hill Farms in Mechanic Falls that killed Cassidy Charette, 17, and injured more than 20 other people.

The farm and the mechanic on duty at the time of the accident are still to face separate trials.
