Works for me.I saw this great story on WGME that two lipsticks from Elizabeth Arden and part of the proceeds will go to the Travis Mills Foundation has purchased the old Elizabeth Arden estate in Rome (yes, Maine). They are restoring the estate into a retreat for wounded veterans and their families.
In case you don’t know, Travis was a soldier in the 82nd Airborne in Afghanistan. In 2012, he was critically injured by an IED, losing part of all four limbs, and is one of only five quadruple amputees from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to survive his injuries. He is such an amazing person. When he returned home, he decided to create an organization that could benefit and assist wounded and injured veterans and their families. That was the birth of the Travis Mills Foundation.
So to support the veterans and honor the connection between the two, Elizabeth Arden will support the military families, especially the women and men wounded in combat. In May 2016, they will donate 100% of proceeds from the sale of Beautiful Color Moisturizing Lipstick in Power Red and Pink Punch to the Travis Mills Foundation.
