A brand-new name has been attached to the 'Fifty Shades of Grey' cast. The controversial book turned controversial film has added Eloise Mumford to its roster.

Mumford, who has starred in 'The River' and 'Lone Star' has scored the role of Kate, best friend of Anastasia Steele (the already cast Dakota Johnson).

The two women are described as polar opposites but still amazingly beautiful... because this is 'Fifty Shades' we're talking about.

Other cast members in the Sam Taylor-Johnson directed film include Luke Grimes (as Christian Grey's brother Elliot), Victor Rasuk (a friend of Anastasia's) and Jennifer Ehle (Anastasia's mother Carla). Not to mention their brand-new Christian, Jamie Dornan.

Seems like things are moving ahead after a decidedly rocky start.
