Today's KOD goes to a Chicago man who was arrested for expired plates and reckless driving. He also did not have a driver's license and admitted that the vehicle did not have insurance. And it turns out he had other outstanding warrants. By the way he was wearing a T-shirt that said "This is My Lucky Shirt." More in video.
