Freaky 5k Fun Run & Walk is Saturday, October 27 @ Colby College, Waterville

Join Hardy Girls, Healthy Women Saturday, October 27 for the 'Annual Freaky 5k Fun Run and Walk.' The fun starts at 10:00am at Colby College, Waterville. It's held every October with the aim to forget the sexy, stereotypical costumes that are peddled at girls and young women and instead, bring scary back! Dress up and participate to support Hardy Girls programming for girls.

Awards are given out for 'Scariest Costume,' 'Most Creative Costume,' 'Largest Team,' and more! Get your scariest and most imaginative costumes ready and join the fun. The first 200 registrants receive a limited edition Freaky 5K Treat/Tote Bag.

This year there is also a short, kids fun run, for kids 8 and under.
