Governor Paul LePage addressed many of his controversial comments at a weekly town hall appearance in Bangor Wednesday night.

According to WCSH, the Governor did apologize for misunderstanding a story he claims a high school resource officer relayed to him about Deering High School and Deering Oaks.  LePage also addressed other issues including transgender issues.

The Governor also took questions from the audience and got into an argument with a state legislator. He also talked about what he called ridiculous laws.

The meeting began with an audience member being escorted out,  with the Governor saying he comes every week to disrupt the event.
