Hootie And The Blowfish Return to Letterman [Video]

As the days wind down for David Letterman on ‘The Late Show’ there seems to be an event every night of some kind and last night, April 30^th,  Hootie and the Blowfish performed.

I remember when they broke back in 1994 with the album, 'Cracked Rear View' that contained “Hold My Hand.” Hard to believe my life and the music then was so different.

I was working very part time for an easy listening station as a board-op and 22 years old. Lobster dreams on a ramen noodle budget.

The Hootie and the Blowfish song, “Let Her Cry” brings out more of a tear for me but this will bring you back too.

Darius Rucker who at the time, all thought was named, Hootie, is back with the band, or, the Blowfish as it was.
