I Can Eat Four Hot Dogs, You?

The 4^th of July is many things to many people. Parades, cookouts, fireworks and celebrating America’s independence are the most common. Sometimes we take in a ball game, either at the ball park or on TV. Don’t be looking for a ballgame on ESPN around 1pm and again at 7pm, that’s when ESPN airs the all athletic endurance run that is, the 'Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest.'

Contestants will chow down on up to 70 hotdogs in 12 minutes or whatever time they have. If you’re a fan of the franks or competitive eating, you’ll either be at Coney Island or watching from home.
