Let's dive right in, shall we? According to Healthline.com,

Wry neck, or torticollis, is a painfully twisted and tilted neck. The top of the head generally tilts to one side while the chin tilts to the other side. This condition can be congenital (present at birth) or acquired. It can also be the result of damage to the neck muscles or blood supply.

Long story short, I was not born with this, nor was it gradually acquired over time. I gave it to myself Sunday morning as I was getting out of bed. Before I stood up I thought that maybe a nice stretch would be nice. Well, it wasn't. I ended up accidentally (who would do it intentionally?) charlie horsing the entire right side of my neck. That is what caused the Acute Torticollis. So, just like the description says, my head is now cocked off to one side like a confused puppy- oh, and it hurts like a mother. I couldn't even put my socks on by myself yesterday. After spending the entire day eating ibuprofen like skittles and having the rice bag on, I'm happy to say I'm still in pain. Hopefully this subsides throughout the week because there's a baby being born soon or something.

Have you ever frigged your neck up wicked bad? What should I do to help it?
