Illinois Man is Slippery…..Verrrrrrrry Slippery

Chad William Forber clearly likes to party.  He also likes to wander around.  Neither of those two things, by themselves, are inherently evil.  But Chad may have taken both just a tad too far.

Chad was wandering in downtown Rock Island, Illinois, recently, naked and covered in Crisco.  The good news is, he was carrying his pants with him.  The bad news, at least for Chad, was that in the pockets of the pants he carried was a small amount of what cops believed to be methamphetamine.  That sort of explains the nudity.....but Crisco?

Forber has been charged with possession of meth, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Nice job, wingnut!
