Insurance on One’s Water Lines…Is This Legit? Do You Have This?

I just received a letter from something called HomeServe USA Repair Management Corp. They are offering me protection against the cost of unexpected repairs with water service lines. I do own an older home and I do think about the water lines and being a potential problem.
I know that I am responsible for valve thinger then into the house. So, it pricked my interest.  Have you received one of these letters? Do have any experience with this company? Is this legit? What do you think for $66 a year?
