Is it Time For Tom Brady to Retire or be Traded After 2014?

What do you think of the New England Patriots performance yesterday? I liked the way our defense played, but it seems the offense kind of thought the game was only 30 minutes long. The second half was a disaster. Maybe I’m not giving Miami enough credit, but that's not how our Patriots play.

I wondered this last year too, but this year, I’ll put it out there. Quarterback Tom Brady actually was quoted as saying this last week: “When I suck, I’ll retire.”

I know we’re only on week one of the season, but is it time for him to retire? If not retire, is it time for him to become the #2 guy? Brady could have been hurt and played anyway yesterday, I'm not sure. However, he wasn't very sharp in the loss against the Dolphins.

We’ll see how the rest of the season pans out, but this year at 37 years old, could it be the sunset of Brady as an elite player in the NFL?
