Jay Police Are Seeking Suspect In Home Invasion

According to published reports, police in Jay, Maine are looking for a man in connection with a home invasion on Saturday.

A story by WGME said that the incident happened on Morse Hill Road in Jay on Saturday. According to the story, police are seeking a masked man who allegedly broke into the home and ordered the occupant to put a blanket over his head.

The WGME story said that the 54-year-old man living in the home was alone at the time if the incident, and police said the suspect got into the home through an unlocked door. The story said that prescription medication and keys were taken, and the suspect also took two cordless phones to stop the victim from calling for assistance.
