Jay-Z and Coldplay will ring in the new year with a New Year's Eve concert on Dec. 31 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. This will be the second time the dynamic duo has celebrated the new year onstage together -- their first being in 2010 in Las Vegas.

Most recently, Hov and Coldplay performed together at the London 2012 Paralympic Games Closing Ceremony in September. During their set, Rihanna came through for an electrifying performance of 'Run This Town.'

According to the press release, Coldplay will also perform at the Barclays Center -- without Jay-Z -- on Dec. 30. "The two Brooklyn dates also mark the first Coldplay shows that have been put on sale in NYC since September 2005," the press release states.

Tickets for the two Brooklyn shows will go on sale Nov. 17 at 10 AM ET at LiveNation.com.

Jay-Z isn't the only rap king ringing in 2013 in New York. Fellow rhyme-spitter Nas will hit the stage on Dec. 31 at Radio City Music Hall with special guest R&B songbird Elle Varner.

What a conundrum! Which NYE show would you want to go see -- Jay-Z/Coldplay or Nas/Elle Varner? Tell us in the comments below.
