Julia Louis-Dreyfus Wins Outstanding Actress in a Comedy for ‘Veep’ at the 2014 Emmys
Julia Louis-Dreyfus walked away with the award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for 'Veep' at the 2014 Emmys, but not before making out with 'Seinfeld' guest star Bryan Cranston in front of the stage.
"Yeah, he was on 'Seinfeld,'" joked Dreyfus when she finally took the 2014 Emmys stage to accept her award, after Jimmy Fallon pried her away from the mustachioed Cranston.
Dreyfus won the 2014 Emmy over fellow nominees Melissa McCarthy (‘Mike & Molly'), Taylor Schilling (‘Orange Is the New Black'), Lena Dunham (‘Girls’), Edie Falco (‘Nurse Jackie’) and Amy Poehler (‘Parks and Recreation’).
Dreyfus also won the 2012 and 2013 Emmys for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy, also for 'Veep.'
