Justin Bieber Reveals What He Looks for in a Girlfriend

Beliebers, this is one memo you don't wanna miss! You need to head to your local CVS or Rite Aid and nab some Cherry ChapStick, because "kissable lips" are high on Justin Bieber's list of things he looks for in a girlfriend. But that's not all that's on his checklist.

The Teen Vogue cover boy told the magazine that he also needs -- he said "needs," not "wants" or "likes" -- a "girl who is funny, who can make me laugh, who's, you know, beautiful on the inside and out." He continued, "Someone who's intelligent, who can keep a good conversation and who has kissable lips."

If that sounds like you, you may very well have a fighting chance, if not a snowball's, of getting with the Biebs.

From what several sources have said, he's still smarting from the breakup with Selena Gomez, so he's likely not ready to jump into a relationship anytime soon. But at least we know what his priorities for someone who gets to be with him. BTW, we did mention how glossy and kissable Sel's lips look in this teaser.
