Not understanding how jokes work, pop singer Katy Perry is none too happy about comedian and ex-husband Russell Brand making jokes about her and their former marriage. Even though, you know, that's how comedy works.

And we have a feeling she won't like his most recent quip.

"When you're a monk, you're not allowed to have sex with anyone," Brand recently joked at a warm-up gig in London on July 31 before his Messiah Complex tour. "When you're married, it's one person. That's one more than a monk. It's not that different."

He also joked about sex with Perry during their marriage, commenting, "I'd be having sex thinking, 'think of anyone, anyone else,'" which in his defense could either be a joke at her expense or a self-deprecating remark about wanting to extend the carnal act even longer by thinking about his grandma.

You know, the usual tactics, which include reciting the entire filmography of Hugh Grant.

This is not the first time Perry has found herself at the brunt end of a joke. She recently revealed to Vogue that she went to surprise him at a show when, "He started making jokes about me and he didn't know I was in the audience."

Come on Katy, what do you expect from a guy who asked for a divorce via text message?
