Klaine and Finchel in Trouble in ‘Glee’ ‘The Break Up’ Promo

Get those tissues ready, Gleeks. There's high drama on next week's episode that could involve the end of two of the show's long-running couples. The latest 'Glee' promo shows both Klaine and Finchel having serious issues. The episode is called 'The Break Up,' so clearly someone's relationship isn't going to survive.

The 'Makeover' episode ended with Rachel growing closer to Brody, only to be surprised when Finn showed up at her door. 'The Break Up' shows that Finn and Blaine have visited New York to see Rachel and Kurt ... But things don't go well. Rachel asks Finn why he came to see her, and she's on the verge of tears when she tells Finn, "You are my first love, but I can't do this anymore." Meanwhile, Kurt tells Blaine, "Please stop pretending that there's nothing wrong." Cut to Blaine saying, "I'm really sorry," which causes Kurt to walk off sobbing.

Brittany and Santana aren't given much face time in the preview, but Wetpaint reports that Santana will sing Taylor Swift's 'Mine' to Brittany in the episode. Could Brittana be the couple whose relationship is in serious jeopardy?

Ace Showbiz reports that some of the songs to be performed on the episode include tearjerkers like Coldplay's 'The Scientist' and No Doubt's 'Don't Speak.' 'The Break Up' airs next Thursday, Oct. 4 at 9 pm ET.
