Knucklehead of the Day: Cone of Foolishness

A British man recently placed a plastic traffic cone over his head as a joke. It wasn't one of our typical little orange 'dunce cap' shaped cones. No, this one was the size of a corner mailbox. He thought he was just joking with friends, but then something that gives him today's Knucklehead of the Day award happened. He couldn't get it off.

Our knucklehead had to be rescued by a policeman after he was unable to free himself. Luckily for us, a passerby caught the incident on video.
