A Jay, Maine is pulling out the excuses. 25-year-old Douglas Glidden, who was pulled over Sunday, April 6, told police that the marijuana officers found in the car he was driving was not his. He said that it just happened to be in the car he stole.

Livermore Falls Police did confirm the car had been reported stolen, but he is still being charged with a civil violation of possession of a useable amount of marijuana. He is also facing charges including operating under the influence and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
