Knucklehead of the Day: Probably Shouldn’t Answer Your Door Smoking Weed

Frank Giardina is a New York man who was arrested recently after police knocked on his door. The problem was he answered while holding a marijuana pipe. Cops were there to respond to a noise complaint. However, after noticing the pipe they went inside and found $150,000 worth of heroin bagged, bundled and ready for sale on his kitchen table.

He's now facing charges of criminal possession of heroin with intent to distribute. He should also be charged with not using the peep-hole in his door.
