This morning, we reviewed a few recent topics the legislature has been covering and introduced a new one. Lawmakers are discussing whether or not immunizations should be mandatory for Maine children before they enter school.

Maine has one of the highest rates of kids not being immunized (5%). That's a potential risk to younger children who may come in contact with school age kids who haven't been vaccinated.
