Allen Webster had a command performance Friday night in Kansas City. A 4-2 win over the Royals and Webster gave up just two runs in six innings. But perhaps most importantly, Webster walked just one batter and threw only 83 pitches in those six innings.

Four relievers combined to throw three shutout innings, including Koji Uehara, who returned to the mound for the first time since September 4th and threw a 1-2-3 8th inning. Edwin Mujica got the save.

On offense, Mookie Betts with another two hit night and a RBI.
