Lil Wayne Reportedly Had a Second Seizure on Airplane

Are we having déjà vu or is TMZ pulling our leg? According to the gossip website, Lil Wayne reportedly suffered another in-flight medical scare on an airplane. Apparently, the rapper boarded a flight from Texas to Los Angeles when he suddenly began to have seizure-like convulsions.

The flight was immediately rerouted to Louisiana and Weezy was transported to a nearby hospital. Thankfully, he was released from the hospital but his whereabouts are unknown. This would be Wayne's second seizure in roughly 24 hours.

Like we previously reported, Wayne's rep issued a press release stating that his first incident wasn't a seizure but rather him suffering from exhaustion. "Lil Wayne was successfully released from the hospital after being treated for a severe migraine and dehydration," said the rep. "He is at home on doctor-mandated rest and will return to work soon. He appreciates all of his fans for their support and love."

Wayne's latest incident is eerily similar to Rick Ross' traumatic day last year where he suffered two seizures within hours of each other on two separate flights.

We are no physicians, but we think Lil Wayne should heed the doctor's advice to stay home and gets some much-needed rest. And while you're at it, figure out another form of transportation other than an airplane.
