Her organization, Lincoln County Spark, is having a party Saturday night for the benefit of New Hope for Women. The event is happening at the 1812 Farm in Bristol and gets underway at seven o'clock with cocktail hour. During that time, acoustic guitarists/singers Will and Doug will play.

The dance band for the evening will be Monthly Payment and there will be a silent auction featuring a sky ride over the mid-coast in a plane and a bunch of restaurant certificates.

Tickets for the event are $20 in advance at the First (Bank) in Damariscotta and $25 at the door.
