The Lost Kitchen Restaurant, in the tiny town of Freedom, is a culinary oasis that you need to experience!  But, it might take some doing to get a table...

They started taking reservations for the 2017 season at midnight on April 1st.  By 12:30, they were completely booked.

According to Only In Your State, the restaurant, which began as a supper club in owner Erin French's apartment in 2010, is now located in an old grist mill.  The building still looks like a mill and the only access is across a narrow wooden bridge over a waterfall.

In addition to the unique, ever-changing menu, every seat in the restaurant is at the chef's table.  That is, the kitchen is at the center of the dining room so diners can watch their meals being made.  How cool is that?!
